This means that if a section of gutters breaks, falls off your house (aside from weather impact), is not draining properly, or isn’t performing – we will come to fix it or replace it per the warranty.
Typically, most companies over a limited material warranty. But here at Gutter Gurus – our new gutter warranties are important to us, so we take them seriously!
Which leads us to our next part, the gutter labor warranty!
Note: A tree branch falling on your gutters, a windstorm ripping them off your home, and gutters that are breached due to not being properly cared for (aka gutters must have annual cleaning or gutter guards we installed) are not included in the material warranty. Specific limitations to warranties are included in contracts with homeowners.
Gutter Labor Warranty (What it includes):
A labor warranty of any kind is simply a warranty that guarantees that quality workmanship will be performed, back by the terms upholding that workmanship.
In the case of gutters, most companies might offer a 6, 12, or 18-month labor warranty all the way up to 120 months. However, here are Gutter Gurus, we back out labor with a lifetime guarantee.
This means that any aluminum gutters we install are guaranteed to be installed correctly, drain correctly, and perform the right way – or we will come fix them!
Since all of our new gutters are customized to fit accordingly and we use the hidden screw-in hangers, our install process is seamless (like the gutters). All jokes aside, our install teams are top-notch, which is why we are confident in guaranteeing a lifetime labor warranty.
What isn’t included in the warranty?
If we installed them, the labor warranty is guaranteed. However, in the event of a tree branch damaging gutters or clogging because gutters are not properly cleaned, thus causing the gutters to pull away from the house – we do not guarantee our labor warranty. Regularly maintained gutters are key to increasing the life of your gutters.
